Privacy and data use
We collect the minimum information needed to manage expressions of interest in OpenEUC and to let you return later to edit your response.
What we collect
Your email address, access-code verification timestamps, your interest response, and basic security audit data such as hashed IP information and user agent.
Optional information
Profile and demographic questions are optional. Demographic answers are only stored if you choose to include them, and public demographic counts below 5 are suppressed.
What we publish
The public dashboard only shows anonymised aggregate statistics. It does not show names, emails, organisation names, free-text messages, suggestions or skills summaries.
Deleting your data
Contact us to delete your data: privacy@openeuc.org.
Legal review
This is a practical starting point for data transparency. It should be reviewed before wider launch.
